Well, I'm not entirely convinced that this is an issue at all.
Those rare times when we do not have an editor window open, the IDE might look
strange not having upper/left/right border on the opened tabs. I'd not put
border there, but probably mark the desktop color different (like the editor
default background on FlatLafDark).
[~ebakke] [~DevCharly] what do you think. Of course you are free to drop this
one.
