For some reason the attached mp4 cannot be played inside JIRA, but that show
that the actual time before the autocomplete popup is 0 ms. if there is no
result on the code completion query for 750ms the please wait message is shown.
Also I do not know how much could it come through the video, but the auto
complete popup is instantaneous for me.
The thing why some queries are slow is a different issue.
