Does git rebase updates the file's last modified timestamp?
BTW I'm sure that this can't be fixed for 11.3 I'm trying to add the new Gradle
Core stuff early 12.0, so you might try to eat some dogfood soon.
Try to add:--
{code:java}
-J-Dorg.netbeans.modules.gradle.GradleProjectCache.level=ALL
{code}
for more logging. It write some performance stuff to the IDE log, probably we
could look at it.
