Netbeans User 2019 resolved NETBEANS-3598.

Fix Version/s: 11.3
Resolution: Fixed
Mark as fix, because it seems possible to work with static imports method in
watch and mouse over in Netbeans version 11.3. Lambda is still no so well, but
it is reported also by NETBEANS-3580.
