The versioning tab is unbelievably broken. The General option "versioning
system" is set to Git but if is changed to Subversion the apply button remains
disabled.
The Subversion option allows the choice between CLI and JavaHL but there should
be also the svnkit one since I get the message "Diffing between revision trees
is not supported with commandline client. Please switch to SVNKit or JavaHL.".
Moreover the javahl option is not really there because the choice is reset back
to CLI once selected and applied.
