I'm still getting: The Plugin Installer found problem timeout of loading
Oracle JS Parser Implementation[org.netbeans.libs.oracle.jsparser/1.0] while
install the following plugins: Oracle JS Parser Implementation whilst trying to
open a project using NetBeans 11.1.
Trying to use the Tools/Plugins and search and install gave the same result.
Going to Plugins, settings and adding the above gives the same result.
Downloading it using Settings download works.
Install fails as above which is strgange since it thinks it has been
downloaded. In all the above cases unpacking starts before failing with the
above message after a minute or so.
