It seems that Restore function does not take effect in Editor
Options/Fonts&Colors/Annotations.
Pushing "Restore" first changes to default colour values, but next using
"Apply" or "OK" buttons will changes back to *manual* settings. Not only the
dialog is affected, but the code colours will keep manual settings rather than
restored colours.
Only manual restore of setting "Inherited" applies the defaults.
