[~jkovalsky] yes, master is correct, and it'll get automatically built and
pushed to asf-site branch for publishing.
I've reviewed but haven't merged - go ahead or wait for Antonio or Eric's
review.
Post-12.0 we might look again at how we handle inbound IDE link redirects - one
place for managing all is good, keeping managing via main website perhaps less
so. Still, wrong time to change that right now.
