Description: When I change the background color of the whitespaces (Menu:
Tools>Options>Fonts & Colors > Syntax> Cascading Style Sheets) and save the
settings by clicking the OK button, the background color is changed. But when I
close the IDE after finishing my work and start it, Netbeans resets the value
