[~jkovalsky] agreed, and even possibly won't fix? Has come up in conversation
elsewhere lack of standard Maven based way of defining common IDE (run, debug)
actions. Same issue with JPMS projects. Would need additional heuristics in the
IDE based on dependencies and other configuration?
