When I try to create object from class Test, I receive fatal error,
Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function
Test::__construct(), 0 passed in ....
ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Test::__construct(), 0 passed
in ....
but I get no warning from Netbeans
