Summary: Creation of src/main/resources is not automatic when
required

FXML and CSS files must be placed in src/main/resources. However, if this
folder does not exist then NetBeans asks to store them in src/main/java. This
is also an issue with EE. May I suggest that all Maven based projects get a
src/main/resources folder automatically regardless of the project type.
