1. I can avoid "Browser refused to debug this tab. Close Chrome developer
Tools....." and set chrome browser to use NetBeans connector by disabling
chrome breakpoints(CTL+SHIFT+I).
2. After that, leave developer tools window open and run again. This time you
see the message in chrome browser that "NetBeans Connector is debugging the
browser" I'm using: Version 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
3. Also, DOM browser doesn't display elements without completing #2 above.
This should be fixed to allow other browsers like Edge, Firefox, Opera, etc.
