Sometimes when I start netbeans when no projects are closed, The UI freezes
mostly when a project is loading and sometimes if more than four tabs of files
are open and a newer file tab is loading and nothing is responsive except
maximize/minimize buttons and it cannot be closed unless I end the java process.
