When starting netbeans 12.0, it freezes after having loaded modules.
I can't see netbeans, just it icon in taskbar, and I have to kill it and
restart several times until it really starts.
I tried removing cache, running as administrator, reinstalling netbeans,
nothing works. I disabled the check for updates at startup, I have only one
small project
