Well the report is not in English, Google says:
"Alt + insert commands don't work
The computer responds with blocking sound, "complete code" does not work either"
Well, those things are working for sure in 12.0, however if you run into a
specific case, please provide how it can be reproduced.
My first suspection is that an unnoticed modal dialog steals the keyboard
focus...
