Wait, do you mean that the popup appears more than once _in addition to_ the
Javadoc window? That might be a more serious problem. But if you mean that the
pertinent Javadoc appears twice (once in the popup and once in the Javadoc
window) then the priority classification should stay low.
Next time it happens to me I'll try to remember to stop and think about what's
going on. I suggest you also give yourself that reminder, so that hopefully we
can figure out how to present this problem on cue.
