I just saw this again on 12.1 vc1. The symptoms are:
Progress bar stalls at "opening projects" with 50% showing.
I've set to show versioning labels, but only two of the four projects I had
open show them.
If I hit F6 to run a project, I get a beep.
The editor does appear to be working.
I attached another thread dump from VisualVM.
