This is to do with changing Java version, I have the same problem, when I
switched machine to a clean machine it went away, but as soon as I installed a
different Java version it came back however Netbeans finds
org.netbeans.modules.keyring.mac.SecurityLibrary is effected by changinging
Java version. When I pushed back my version of Java to when I first used
Netbeans, the problem went away. There is someting in Netbeans that remembers
where it first found the link for
org.netbeans.modules.keyring.mac.SecurityLibrary. I have not figured out where
that is yet.
