Description:
Tested with Xdebug 3RC1 for php8, configuration changed.
Modal displayed by Netbeans (Attached) is outdated:
Xdebug: [Config] The setting 'xdebug.remote_enable' has been renamed, see the

Default port is now 900{color:red}3{color} instead of 9000.
Need change in Netbeans>Preferences>Php>Debugging
