Netbeans was chugging along nicely and then when I installed an update from
JAVA 8 to JAVA 11, the UI just STOPPED.
I uninstalled and reinstalled 11.3, nothing
I installed 12.1, nothing.
The program launches with the splash screen, then it disappears. The Program is
running below the active programs, but there's no UI.
I need Netbeans back as I HATE VS Code.
