When opening a terminal on a directory I can't start php . I get this error
message.
F:\xampp-htdocs\phpWebSocketServer\server>php
PHP Warning: 'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_171\jre\bin\VCRUNTIME140.dll'
14.10 is not compatible with this PHP build linked with 14.28 in Unknown on
line 0
I have PHP 8.0 installed but this problem existed with 7.4 also.
