I see _Too many open files_ issue. I'm on:
MacOS Catalina: 10.15.7 (19H114)
openjdk version "11.0.8" 2020-07-14
OpenJDK Runtime Environment AdoptOpenJDK (build 11.0.8+10)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM AdoptOpenJDK (build 11.0.8+10, mixed mode)
The projects are Gradle. Netbeans 12.1 works fine with the same projects.
Let me know if you want me to send in logs, etc.
