They were uploaded: try running a build, and the launcher ZIP will download from
[https://netbeans.osuosl.org/binaries/0879C497EA45DF57BFF833A45AE9217FA447C713-platform-launchers-12.2.zip]
otherwise even the PR check would fail to build, wouldn't they ?
