I agree this problem exists for years.
I think it's the "gutter line" view. Sometimes it's impossible to remove a
breakpoint from there. It switch to some sort of "multiple" breakpoint mode,
which is pointless.
I always have to open the breakpoints panel to remove from there.
Maybe [~junichi11] can help?
