This project is abandoned.
*Netbeans Preferences>Php>Framework&tool* needs an update
When you select PHPUnit on the left, the screen shows:
* Skeleton Generator Script: Useless or mark as deprecated
* "Learn more about Skeleton Generator; mark a deprecated
In the global menu interface, IIRC there is a menu "Create PHPUnit Tests" which
use this feature. (as see here:
https://netbeans.apache.org/kb/docs/php/phpunit.html )
All of this need an update or a replacement tool.
