In my project, maven, multi module, on windows 10 or ubuntu 18.04, the problem
is associated with the "always perform build before running the application"
feature. With this feature disabled, "compile on save" enabled and "deploy on
save" disabled, only one deploy is done. With this feature enable, the deploy
occurs twice.
