new b3122c7 Merge pull request #559 from rcurry2/patch-1
c1f35a6 is described below

commit c1f35a67218fc7cf6c765c2bcdd800a2d7e063be
Author: rcurry2 <[email protected]>
AuthorDate: Wed Aug 18 14:08:37 2021 -0700

Include 3 columns in all 3 column tables

Some of the tables, starting with "Tool collection definition tags" were
defined as 3 columns while several of the lines had only 2 columns of data,
leading to scrambled tables.
All I did was add a 3rd vertical bar on lines that didn't have them. I
have not evaluated the result for content, although at a glance it seems much
more readable.
