Robert's fix didn't seem to work for me. Any news on this? It looks like the
ticket *FISH-644* on Payara github has been closed or removed. Is there a
logger that DOES work in Netbeans versions > 11.0 ?

* JDK 11 or JDK 8
* Payara Server 5.201
* JakarteEE 8.0
* Log4j 2.8.2-> 2.13.3
