Summary: I was trying to create an Java Web Project, I installed
all the latest versions of JDK and JRE, and the LTS version of NetBeans but in
the end I got an error while trying to run the project

Environment: The Code that I used(Auto-generated) has been attached in
the attachment.
*Project Creation and Setup* :
I created the project by File>New Project>JAVA with Maven>Web Application

The Project was created and the files were generated respectively.
I made changes in the font size, Default Browser for IDE.
Tools>Options>Fonts&Colours

After that, I changed the Default Browser

Then to change project properties : [Right Click]Project name>properties

Properties :
Run>Browser>chromium>OK

The output shows:

Then it failed to open the browser, also didn't get new windows to appear.
After many wait this window appeared:

It was the first time I was using the Net Beans IDE, I was trying to create a
Java Web Application project for my college project after the setup was
finished I tried to run the project but I got an error.

I got a message that this might be a bug, So please report the issue to be
resolved.
