I think I've discovered a "unit test". I pulled the 1.0.0 nbm and attempted to
manually install the plugin using Netbans...Tools...Plugins...Download
(pointing to the specific nbm) which resulted in the following when attempting
to install !unpack200 failure.png!
This gave me the changes to choose unpack200 alternative, tried using the
pack200 compiled jar from one of the earlier above suggested ones but this
failed to work directly.
