Same as me. The problem is a NoSuchMethodError:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: java.nio.CharBuffer.flip()Ljava/nio/CharBuffer;
at
org.netbeans.modules.java.source.parsing.FileObjects.memoryFileObject(FileObjects.java:516)
