Java + Kotlin, not Java only.
You should improve your GUI. It's arcaic, no modern. Same for icons.
Or how Eclipse was built (by using C++ with Java).
Netbeans is not accessible. I can't press CTRL + wheel to increase the font of
the editor.
You also can use Flutter to build it.
Jetbrains IDEs is much better than Netbeans and your IDE has an old-fashioned
GUI and manageability.

> A suggestion: please, build Netbeans with another technology rather than
> Java. It's ugly and not accessible. Hint: pay attention how to Jetbrains
> builds its IDEs or Eclipse does.
> When I increase the fontsize of the ide to 24, the search box is not
> correctly seeing it.
> Java is not the best tool to build Netbeans.
