The JSP encoding detection works well when the JSP files includes
{{ <%@ page pageEncoding="UTF-8" %>}}
but when the <jsp-config> from web.xml is ignored.
I have a project with the web.xml including :
{{ <jsp-config>}}
{{ <jsp-property-group>}}
{{ <description>Config. de l'encodage des pages JSP</description>}}
{{ <url-pattern>*.jsp</url-pattern>}}
{{ <page-encoding>UTF-8</page-encoding>}}
{{ </jsp-property-group>}}
{{ </jsp-config>}}
And my JSP files are opened as ISO8859-1 by netbeans.
