The problem is solved in 12.4 and higher.
Now I'm using Netbeans 12.5 without problems.
The latest 12.6 version has the same nb-javac problem running on jdk 11
running 12.6 on jdk 1.8 throw another kind of error:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: java.nio.CharBuffer.flip()Ljava/nio/CharBuffer;
