It would be useful to have the build date, time and build env properties in the
Netbeans Artifacts and displayed in the About dialog as well as a command line
-info parameter (so they can be displayed on the console without any GUI upon
invocation) This would also include the current standard git branch info.
This has value in the release and in incremental CI builds.
