Eirik Bakke resolved NETBEANS-2617.

Resolution: Fixed
With a large number of SVG icons now added in
https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/8083 and
https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/8424 , I'll close this issue, as this
covers the most commonly seen ones. Additional SVG icons may be added later.
