Description: The XML namespaces under http://xmlns.jcp.org/jsf introduced
with JSF 2.2 in 2013 are not supported. When declared, NetBeans generates an
error, e.g. "No library found for namespace
http://xmlns.jcp.org/jsf/passthrough";. (was: The namespaces under
