Christian Lenz created NETBEANS-77:
--------------------------------------

Summary: Deleting multiple projects opens multiple dialogs
                 Key: NETBEANS-77
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-77
             Project: NetBeans
          Issue Type: Improvement
Components: cnd - Project, java - Project, php - Project, projects -
Maven, web - HTML Project
    Affects Versions: Next
            Reporter: Christian Lenz

So this affects each project type I think. When I select more than one project
and hit del, multiple dialogs comes up, with the question, would you like to
delete the project and the sources too? This is a pain in the ass, if you
really want to delete maybe 5 - 10 projects at the same time.

My solution is to bring only one popup with multiple checkboxes for the
projects. To say yes I want to delete this with the source and this, oh ok this
not, or only this, but not the source.

That would be better. The current behaviour is a really bad UI. With the new
suggestion it could be possible to delete projects in parallel, what makes the
deletion more efficient.

Regards

Chris
