lbruun resolved NETBEANS-71.

Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 9.0
Fixed by [PR305|https://github.com/apache/incubator-netbeans/pull/305]. The
product name in title bar (and various other places) is changed to "Apache
NetBeans". An actual release - if still in incubation phase - will have to
brand the appropriate properties so that "(incubating)" is added.
