The current NetBeans site has a section called updates which is also hooked to
a sub-domain called "updates" which supports the released plugins/platform/IDE
such as
http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.2/uc/final/certified/catalog.xml.gz
These should not be under the static site any more. These type files should
instead be under a download area where the Apache mirrors can be used to spread
out the load. This needs replaced.
