We can probably implement the different config options. I would have to look
through them to see if any don't make sense, but they all would likely make
sense. The reason that I originally did not provide all of it was simply
because I did not want to overwhelm the operator. This part of working with
nifi is an art more than a science. We want to provide great flexibility but
also ensure that using it doesn't become confusing and difficult. That's one of
the reasons I really like the idea of using user-defined properties for some of
the other properties. Then, we can just document that if there's no property
for it, we use the default and the user can override the default by adding a
user-defined property. It avoids scaring people away from the processor while
still providing great flexibility.
