Spoke too soon, if you provide defaults for those and they aren't specified on
the initial command line, it just uses the defaults and doesn't prompt, so that
won't work.
I'm fine with removing the -service from the artifacts, the package name can be
overriden so it would default to 'org.apache.nifi.avro-service' and at the
prompt can be changed to whatever.
