Joseph Witt resolved NIFI-466.

Resolution: Won't Fix
The identified issue is associated with a class that appears to have been
deprecated on 16 Jan and replaced at the same time with the preferred and well
supported annotation @OnEnabled. The first release of Apache NiFi was Jan
29th. Acknowledging the issue is likely present but that it appears to have
been addressed through deprecation and provision of an alternative.
