Description:
Once the nifi-nar-maven-plugin has been released, we need to update its version
and indicate that the minimum required Maven version is now 3.1.0.
Once that is done perform the RM tasks for the Apache NiFi 0.3.0 release.
Please be sure to provide a nice summarized release note on the release notes
wiki.
