As prompted by a user mailing list question, there is currently not a
straightforward way way to retrieve a file based off an input event.
Currently, GetFile does not operate off any input and strictly operates off
when it is scheduled to execute.
GetFile already supports EL for the directory property.
The user's particular functionality was that a web request would retrieve a
file from the system as part of an ad hoc web service built around
HandleHttpRequest and HandleHttpResponse.
