In UpdateAttribute > Advanced > Rules - when attempting to add another rule
before saving the first one, the "Save Changes" message should occur BEFORE you
hit the "+" to add a new rule. Currently you can add a new rule without saving
the previous one and when you click "Add" is when you get the "Save Changes"
message to save the previous rule
