There is a known bug with the version of the AWS SDK (and associated Joda Time
library that is being used) that prevents the PutS3Object processor from
successfully putting data to Amazon S3 if running the newest version of Java
(Java 1.8 update 60). There is a ticket for this in the AWS SDK:
https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-java/issues/444
We need to update to a newer version of the AWS SDK in order to ensure that
this works on Java 1.8.60
