After thinking this over a bit more, I think that updating the JMS Processors
to support arbitrary amqp protocols is probably not a good idea. There's too
much potential for variability so i removed that and rebased against master, so
that Get and Put processors for Azure Event Hubs is still working but we don't
modify the JMS providers.
