NIFI-655. - Added issuer field to LoginAuthenticationToken. - Updated
AccessResource to pass identity provider class name when creating
LoginAuthenticationTokens. - Began refactoring JWT logic from request parsing
logic in JwtService. - Added unit tests for JWT logic.
